Addicted to Watsons! Getting ready!!!

Whoa! I haven't been blogging for around 2 weeks?

Hoho! Was thinking of blogging but it's either I'm outta the house or I'm just lazy. Oh no... I kept playing with facebook!!

Okay, hmm... for the past 2 weeks, went clubbing for 2 times!!!! Luckily, didn't have to pay for the entry fee. And, recently, went for Paintball!!! Wahaha!

Alright, let me check the dates! Hahaa!!! Here goes!


26th Oct 2008(St. James)

By right, I should be joining my friends for ice skating... I'm kinda sad cause Mizroo can't make it for the clubbing and I can't make it for the ice skating... So, in the end, didn't see her for a super long time already!

Okay, well, basically, in the morning I was rushing work. And then, sms Alaryce to meet up at Vivo first. And the best thing is, we are both 1 hour late. Then met up with Pony at Vivo as well. And the 3 of us just went to Vivo and find a place to sit and sat down while we wait for the others!

Reach St.James and saw a long queue outside Powerhouse. Whoa! Most of them are guys and they are all so damn good looking! Haha!!!

Okay, met up with our friends at Dragonfly which is a super small queue hiding behind Powerhouse queue. And then, found out that, today it's Gay's Night at the Powerhouse! Disappointing...

Then went into Dragonfly, luckily, it's ladies' night, so entrance free! Yeah! Okay... then the music erm... Just kinda shocked! Because it's those music that u hear at the hungry ghost festival's stage!

After that, went around the few clubs... Next one, the music, 'cha-cha' and 'tango'... Argh... Dun know how to dance... Then we walk again... tried to enter Powerhouse, but, there's a private event going on! So can't enter. Then we walk again... Finally... a place with R&B!

Okay... So, nothing much, just dancing and drinking and then slacking off... Normally clubs here closes at around 2 or 3am. But at St. James, they close around 4 or 5am! Oh man! It really got us all tired, not from the dancing or the drinking, but from the walking!!! Argh...

After that, went to Macdonalds. Some of them had breakfast then after that, we are off to home sweet home!


30th Oct 2008(Botanic Gardens)

This trip was kinda like last min. As proof that me and Jewl went to Botanic Gardens:

Hoho! Because of the nice wooden house, Au Jardin, that we saw it in a magazine, we decided to take photos at Botanic Gardens, but after walking from Tanglin entrance to the centre part of the Garden, we realize that Au Jardin is a resturant... So end up we went to an area beside the visitor center and just place everything on 1 of the benches.

Okay then took all the photos. I kept trying to take photo of her jumping in the air, but failed... *crys*Well, there's a fish food machine too! Jewl was carrying a super big Winnie the pooh bag, so we called a cab in and left for dinner. Just refuse to walk out, it's such a long way! Oh ya, we forgot to take picture with the dinosaur!!!

On the cab, there's this directory thing. So, we kept playing with it. It's a touch screen device, so we browse through the resturants and bars and cafe. Then we saw 'China Black', and, okay, so the thing is a little out-dated.

Had dinner at Shokudo:

We kept thinking that we are going to Waraku. End up we ate at Shokudo. Well, this 2 pictures are really rare! Because we always forgot and ate a few mouthful before we take photos!!!

After that, we just went home. So tired.... Zzzz.....


31st Oct 2008(Halloween)

Went to Jurong Point with Mum and Sis in the afternoon. Ate at the food court and went to walk around a bit.

Mum went for her hair cut, and she's kinda scared of the idea of me taking care of my sis. But, still she went for her hair cut and I brought my Sis to walk around Popular. Haven't been to Popular bookstore for sure a long time! So, I had my Sis lead the way! Hahaha!!!

Well, she did find me a couple of things! Like, notebooks, and erasers. Then Mum finish her hair cut and came looking for us. And she realized that her handphone doesn't have my number... Luckily, we are still walking around at the bookstore.

After that went to Watsons! Hoho! Mum bought some beauty products. And I got scolded! Because I'm randomly picking things up. Then, Mum got really pissed off, "Don't take everything u see!" Oops....

With that, I went back home and rest a while. After that, went out for Halloween Party.

First stop, meet up with my friend at Clarke Quay. And, we are both late... Went to Forbidden City for her company's party! Hoho! And there's a costume competition! And the winner is Joker in a nurse suit! He's good!

And there, I smoked Shisa with a mint flavour. But can't really taste the mint. Well, after a while went off and headed for Zouk. On the streets of Clarke Quay, there are 4 people walking with those high wooden sticks! There's Dialo, Werebeast and I can't remember the other 2... They were just scary! Although the muscles are fake, but I think their make up are really so good that they just scares people off!

Okay, took a cab to Zouk and it's just overly crowded!!! The queue is all the way till the carpark! End up, just sitting outside for a while and look at the costumes! Saw a yellow M&M chocolate, Domo and some other weird costumes! Then, went opposite for Macdonald...

After Mac, suddenly felt like watching movie, then went to Cineleisure to watch Tropic Thunder. After the show, a little hungry again... While crossing the road over to Swensens, saw a guy driving his car with a big ladybird beside him! Interesting!

Then after a while, it started pouring, then went back home and sleep...

Went to Jewl's stall at a flea market located at an ulu corner beside Singapore Arts Museum. Hoho! And I just go there and disturb them, manage to grab a free chicken rice bought from a duck rice stall, and playing with Jewl's PSP while she attend to customers!

Muahaha!!!! That's the day! Yeah! Free meal and free playing of PSP! And went home of for another round of dinner, California Pizza Delivery!!!

2nd Nov(Paintball!!)

Argh... Woke up in the morning! Well, my clock starts in the afternoon though... I was so sleepy... Luckily, I didn't have to take public transport to the North Part of the Island... Had breakfast some where in Katib. And I'm just sleepy through out. Half asleep...

Then, off to Red Dynasty. Then, had to sign some form before we can play paintball! Well, we are grouped into 3 teams. And only 2 teams can play at 1 time. During their briefing, I just suddenly got the urge to shit! So as we form our own team, I just shouted, "I need to shit first!" So, the other 2 teams start playing while I went to shit...

Okay, first round, not that sure of what to do, so I kept hiding behind... 2nd round, I'm out of paintballs! 3rd round, at least the paintballs lasted longer. And 4th round even though there are around 100 in the marker, I still used it up too quickly!!! Argh...

Well, got some photos but it's still synchronizing!!! Oh well... got a few blue black bruises. After that, went to Macdonalds to have lunch! After that, went KTV at Yishun's SAFRA!

So we planned to go to the place first and got on to the car. Guess how we found the way to the place? Okay, we are in the car:

Driver: What's this building?
Person staying at the area: SAFRA lor!

(-_-)" And there you have it!

Okay, Alaryce asked the person for a bigger room, and I think they gave us the biggest room! There is only 6 of us, and there are 5 big tables inside. All of us can lie down on the sits and there are still plenty of space!

I didn't sing much because I just find my voice kinda boring... Haha... Oh well, after that, went back home. Really tired...


3rd Nov 2008

Not much today, went to Jurong point with Mum and Sis to settle some banking stuff then went to the money changer. And the first one I ask:

Me: Do you have any New Zealand Dollars to change?
Counter Lady: There's no more stock!
Me (with the shock face): Really no more?
Counter Lady: No more.
Me: Then when will the new stock come?
Counter Lady: The stocks for New Zealand Dollars are going very slow these days.
Me: Okay then. Thanks.

Oh man! Out of stock! Luckily, there's another money changer. So went there to change instead. Also, luckily, it's the same exchange rate! Phew! Just right, Dad came.

And finally! Mum agreed to go to the doctor! Well, so Dad had to bring Mum and Sis to see the doctor. Mum had tongue ulcer for months and now her tongue is swollen. And Sis, she's down with flu!

As they went for the doctor, I went to Watsons (again!) to meet up with Jewl. I went to get the membership from Maybelline. Haha! And guess what! I found the promotor's pen that she is looking high and low for! Muahaha!!! I'm so proud of myself! Er... Nah!

Well, before Jewl came, saw Zen. Haha... Oh no! I think I've given a wrong impression!

Zen: So who are you meeting? A guy right?
Me: No. A girl.

Just right Jewl came! Er... Hard to explain the situation. Okay, it's just too normal. Oh no! Maybe Zen thinks that I'm lesbian! Hahaha!!!!

Hehe! Spent quite a lot at Watsons again. Argh... It's like, "This looks not bad!" Grab! "This is cheap!" Grab! Then end up spending alot.

Went walking around Jurong Point and ate at a new Japanese Resturant. Kept smelling curry!!! The food is not bad! Haha... And as usual, forgot and started eating before taking photos! So full after that.

Asked Mum what the doctor said when I reach home. It's kinda scary and funny... Cause Mum normally speak Mandarin and the doctor is not that good in Mandarin so, after the consultation,

Doctor: 你吃药后如果还不会好，就要割掉。
(Translated): After you have the medication and it still doesn't work, we'll have to cut it off.

Well, what the doctor really meant was to take a sample of the tongue, but she said it wrongly and it kinda meant to cut the whole tongue out...

Er... Well, hope both of them get well soon!

In the middle of the night, I was chatting with Jewl.


4th Nov 2008

Went to Sim Lim Square to get a new hard disk with Dad. Then saw the rates of the money changer at Sim Lim! It's 0.82!!! Darn! And I got 0.9... $8 difference for every $100!!!!

Then, off to the temple to pray. Along the way, drank Teh Tarik and ate Herbal Jelly. Then went to Popular to grab some stuff. And, to Mr.Bean to get that round round cake. I dun know what's that call! Anyway, wanted to get the tuna flavour one! But it's not ready! It looks so yummy!!! Argh!

Okay, back home then, I just kinda crave for salty stuff... Not good... Argh... I dun know why, but recently, kinda like warm stuff more.

Okay, as for the rest of the days... Erm... I can't really remember much...

Hey! I just noticed, I kept going to Macdonalds! Whoa!

Now to think of it, there's like a lot discount for ladies for Japanese food! Waraku got ladies night and the bill is 50% off!!! And, Ku-shinbo have discount for the ladies every Wed as well!!!

Whoa! It's kinda shocking. The usual pubs that I normally go to with my friends have all closed down!! Looks like there's a need to look for new drinking place! Then again, is there a need? Ah... It's like, everyone is growing up, and there's just more and more work!!!

Well... it's kinda sad. That's the end for now... I'll probably blog again soon, before I head off to New Zealand...
