Vancouver trip in June 2009

So much to blog but so little time! Argh... Okay, so here's about Vancouver trip over the first week of June weekends!

Still thinking if I should blog about the parades.... Hmm....

06th June 2009, Saturday
Kinda like a good thing that I don't know how to drive! So, the guys drove us all the way to Vancouver!!! It's a pretty long drive, around 5 hours!

So here we are at our first stop point before the the customs! We had our brunch there!!!

And finally, we are in Vancouver! Checked into our rooms and out we go to the streets!

And we saw this really cool car right outside Starbucks!!

Street performer! U gotta put coin in for him to move!

Our friend got stuck there! And none of us wanted to rescue him by placing in more coins! Muahaha!!!

And so here we are at Capilano Suspension Bridge!

This is really fun! U had to grab the form and go around the area to collect the stamps in all the attractions in order for u to get a certificate!!

Well, this bridge is really cool! There was a huge tree that fell onto the bridge! But, the bridge did not break or even have a scratch on it! And guess what happen to the tree? The tree got sliced into halves! See how strong the bridge is?

And we got to the other side of the bridge!!

Oh well, too bad it's closed!

As we wait for the tour guide to come, here we go taking photos again!

And I just wanna be on all the photos! Muhahaha!!!

07th June 2009, Sunday
Waking up to free breakfast in the hostel! Packed our stuff and hang out around a bit before we head back!

And so, we split up into 2 groups! I can't cycle, so I choose to walk around the shopping area!

Yeah! It's winter Olympics! I have no idea what I was doing!

This mechanic spider is really cool! He is really driving it!

And the cool giant tricycle right outside the art museum!

Just before we leave, we just have to get dim sum! And oops, we ordered far too much!

Well, meet up with my friend and his wife, and he recommended this really good Dim Sum place called the Rain flower Restaurant! It's nice meeting him again after so long!

And then, back to America!

Okay... Just got some furniture returned! And ahh... All our rooms are customized! Hoho!! It's so spacious now!

Tired... gotta prepare for Vegas too!!! Argh....
